We may collect the following types of personal information from our students and/or their parents/legal guardians:

Parent’s name, address, email address, phone number, and other contact details necessary for communication. We do not collect contact information for students.
1.2 Academic Information
School name, grade level, subject(s) of study, homework, test scores, and other information that will enable us to provide the best possible tutoring services. Guardians may opt-out of providing this type of information by notifying us at the time it is requested.
1.3 Communication Data
Any information you provide when contacting us to schedule appointments, questionnaires, surveys or other online communications.
1.4 Payment information
If you choose to pay for services via credit card, we keep credit card information on file for authorized transactions only. Credit card information is stored within the Keeper security application, which is both encrypted and requires two layers of authentication to access.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
2.1 Providing Tutoring Services
To deliver personalized tutoring sessions, track academic progress, and tailor our services to meet individual student needs.
2.2 Communication
To respond to inquiries, provide support, and keep you informed about important updates, schedule changes, or service-related notifications.

To analyze and improve our tutoring programs and web site, based on usage patterns and feedback received.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstance:
3.1 Legal Compliance
We may disclose personal information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a legal request.
We will not disclose any personal information under any other circumstances. In addition, we will not disclose our professional services relationship without your prior consent.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We also provide basic physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to computer equipment containing personal information (e.g., physical security at office location, password-protected computers).

We won't require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to provide our educational services.

Tests and other evaluations from student’s school (optional; collected as part of baseline evaluation)
Quizzes, tests, and any other evaluations performed in the course of providing our educational services
6.2 Information we share
We do not share any of the information outlined above, except with the child’s parents or as required by law.
6.3 Parental rights
At any time, a parent may request that we delete information related to their child, with the understanding that this may impact the level and quality of services we can provide.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or by posting a prominent notice on our web site. Your continued use of our services after such modifications or updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
